On Saturday July 2nd five of our parishioners gardens were available for our church members and their friends to visit. After a damp start in the morning the skies cleared and we were blessed with a fine afternoon. We all rendezvoused at the Parish Hall and the vicarage garden was opened too. Afternoon Tea with home made cakes was served and a raffle held. It felt truly wonderful for the church to meet socially like this after a long absence of events like this. I would like to thank everyone for their generosity, commitment and support to make this such a good afternoon of fellowship and also enable us to raise the sum of £380 for the Church Funds.
